## **Liquidity**

The ease with which users can buy and sell shares in a prediction market. Higher liquidity means smoother trading and better market efficiency.

## **Market Creator**

A user who sets up a prediction market (single market or a parlay) on Groovy Market. Market creators earn 1% of the total trading volume from their markets.

## **Market Resolution**

The process of determining the outcome of a prediction market. Initially, Groovy Market uses APIs for resolution, with plans to integrate truth oracles in the future.

## **Parlays**

A type of prediction market where users combine multiple predictions into a single ticket. All selected outcomes must be correct for a parlay to win.

## **Prediction Market**

A marketplace where users buy and sell shares based on their predictions of a future event’s outcome. Groovy Market follows a Yes/No structure for all markets.

## **USDC**

A stablecoin pegged to the U.S. dollar, used as the primary currency for transactions in Groovy Market.

## **Yes/No Market**

A binary prediction market where users bet on whether an event will or won’t happen by purchasing Yes or No shares.
